Conversion of flats to luxurious 4 bedroom family home. Excavation to create basement kitchen and extension by means of additional mansard floor which became the master suite. Restoration and extension of helical stair by moulding and casting original bannisters. Major structural work over 4 floors including removal of domed roof window and replacement installed on new roof level.
