This project involved the merging of 2 apartments to create a family home over two floors. Features include bespoke staircase with handcrafted bronze handrail,10m long solid wood floorboards throughout, concealed office space, bifold wooden panelled doors in children's dormitory style room, luxurious cedar lined cabinetry and full restoration of original sash windows. Highlight was the hoisting (through a window) and installation of a 1 ton marble bath onto a reinforced floor in 3rd floor bathroom. Collaboration with StudioIlse.
